
The International Society for the Study of Behavioural Development and Child & Family Global Outreach have partnered to offer a 12-part webinar series designed to support Early Career Scholars in sharing developmental science beyond academia and into the hands of parents, practitioners, and policymakers.
All webinars are one hour long, with a 45-minute presentation and a 15-minute live Q&A. The series is designed primarily for Early Career Scholars, but is open to all. Recordings are available for those unable to attend live.

This session continues the joint mission of supporting Early Career Scholars to take developmental science beyond academia — and into real-world impact across diverse cultural and community contexts.
Dr. Tanya MacGillivray
Simon Fraser University, Canada
Tanya MacGillivray is a Professor of Psychology at Simon Fraser University in Canada. Her research explores how culture and development interact to shape child well-being, with a focus on how infants and children engage and learn from others, including parents and peers. She takes a community-engaged approach to research, with long-term collaborations in Tanna, Vanuatu.
The webinar will run for one hour:
Open to all, though designed with Early Career Scholars in mind.
