ISSBD now has a new membership registration system.
Starting in 2023, all members are kindly requested to create an account on this new website.
The membership registration site is open. Please read the instructions below first.
To access the new system, everyone must create a new account with a new password, including those who are already members (and have accounts in the old system).
Visit our website at members.issbd.org and click on the CREATE ACCOUNT button.
Follow the instructions to set up a new personal account with a new password.
If you were registered in the old system (SAGE), once you enter your email address, most fields will be prefilled.
After creating your account, you can LOG IN and you will have access to your PROFILE form, the online membership registration form, and many more forms in the future.
All information can be updated always.
Lastly, from your new account, you can confirm your earlier payments for your membership or proceed with a new payment to join ISSBD, according to your situation.
Go to the MEMBER button on the menu.
If yes, we kindly ask you to confirm your payment using your new account. This quick process ensures accurate record-keeping and there are no new costs involved.
If this is your case, please go through the activation process for each year separately, which only requires a few more clicks to complete.
You can conveniently pay from your new account whenever you are ready. Please note that the new system accepts credit card payments only (not necessarily in your name). Upon successful processing, you should promptly receive an email confirmation, along with a receipt.
After a successful payment for your membership, you will receive immediate email confirmations and a receipt.
If your government or banks in your country currently do not allow payments to foreign accounts please contact the Membership Secretary, Dr. Julie Bowker, at juliebowker5@gmail.com
If you have any questions, please contact:
Webmaster@issbd.org for technical questions
Members@issbd.org for questions about procedures and payments
We are proud to present the new system and hope that you find it easy to navigate and reliable.

Please note that in 2024, specific countries’ classifications have changed based on World Bank guidelines. Review this document for updated membership rates by country.
The membership fees for the years after the present year will be 50% lower.
However, these forms with reduced fees (e.g., for 2025 and 2026 during 2024) will be available only provided you are a member for the present year.
This means that:
– If you are a member for 2024 already, you can benefit from a 50% reduction for membership for 2025 until the end of this year.
– After December 31, 2024, you can no longer benefit from a 50% reduction in membership for 2025, so you will have to pay the regular fee.
